As an active runner, fitness enthusiast and former amateur boxer, Melissa understands the needs of athletes.

Through her own injury and rehab process, she became intrigued by musculoskeletal and myofascial issues and their impact on athletic performance.

To meet the needs of her clients, Melissa uses techniques that aid in reducing tension while increasing mobility. In addition, Melissa utilizes sport specific treatments, deep tissue massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Cupping, Dry Needling, supportive taping and  Joga (yoga for athletes) for her clients.

A massive sports enthusiast, among running, cycling and Joga, watching baseball is her jam. You’ll find her travelling to ball parks across North America in search of the perfect game.
